Volume 1-Issue 1 came out in September 1963. The numbering has always been a bit strange. 1 -5 (Sept 1963-Jan 1964) 1 to 7 (Feb 1964 to Aug 1964) Vol 2, 1 to 8 (Sep 64 to Apr 65) I have seen an issue dated as January 1966 so it lasted at least 29 issues.If you have more information I would appreciate the feedback.
